It seems to be lacking a very important aspect for me: The ability to receive messages.. Is that just how it is, or am I installing it wrong?..

yesterday i tried to install the last ver. of MD on the WLM 2010 beta v15. but it did not work.
when MD will release a new version compatible with wlm 2010 beta v15

Hey everyone, I hope you're all enjoying MessengerDiscovery 2.5

Just so you know, MessengerDiscovery 3 will be going into private best testing soon, so expect news about the most important release ever very soon . If you would like to be a tester please send me a PM explaining why and making a promise to report bugs and I'll make you a tester.

So, there's an update for MessengerDiscovery 2.5.

The changes are all bug fixes, including a major fix to alert skins/plugin installation and a memory leak has been fixed.

The automatic update wont make you go to msgdiscovery.com, everything should be automatic .

New Group Icons

Hey guys just to announce, I have given the group icons a new look. It's been on my todo list for awhile now just been waiting to get my hands on Photoshop CS5. Which may I just add has been awesome.

I'm also looking forward to doing more updates and giving this place a much needed face lift, so look out for the new changes.

It has been about 6 months since the last release of MessengerDiscovery. Things have changed a lot, I've started another project (http://chatflow.net/) and MessengerDiscovery has undergone a lot of internal restructuring.

So without further ado I present to you:

What's new?

MessengerDiscovery 2.5 is a massive improvement over 2.1. All aspects have been improved, rewritten and redesigned. Plus there a few new features . I'm very proud of this version and am absouletly sure that you will find MessengerDiscovery 2.5 an overall improvement. MessengerDiscovery 3 is soon around the corner, I have many cool new features planned that I will unveil over time in the development blog.

MessengerDiscovery 2.5 is unsponsored, which means you don't have to worry about the sponsor package that was included in 2.1.

I would like to give a major thanks to all the community members whose collective assistance massively outweighs my own creation. There's a few surprises in this version for you (including an easter egg).

Camer Recorder Problem

Hello,

First of all i'd like to thank you all for the amazine Messenger Discovery and all the things it does.
But the problem im facing is the camera recorder. When I start talking with a camera and i have the camera
recorder open the program records the advertisments(before the connection with the other person starts)but when the
connection is established (and the advertisments stop)the only thing that the program has recorded is the advertisments
and by the time the dialogue starts it records a blank white screen and nothing more.
Is there anything i can do about that?
I use tha latest wlm with Windows Vista x64 Ultimate and i have no other problems with Messenger Discovery.

Winks don't play in WLM

I have Windows Live Messenger 14.0.8089.726 and whenever someone tries to send me a wink or when I try to preview a wink it does not play. How would I fix this?
